Annual registration.

Each summer, a registration tile appears on your Family Access home screen.

1. Watch for the tile

   Late spring through July. Your school will email when registration opens.

2. Open Family Access and tap the tile

   Works on phone, tablet, or computer.

3. Complete the forms

   Demographics, contact info, permissions, health forms.

4. Send residency forms

   CCSD66 verifies residency each year. Email forms to residency@ccsd66.org or drop them off at the District Office.

5. Pay fees

   Pay online inside Family Access — fastest. Or download the Registration Fee Form and pay in person at the District Office.

6. You're done

   The tile disappears once registration is complete.

New student enrollment is handled in person at your child's school office or at the District Office. There's no online path — but once enrollment is processed, you'll get a Family Access login and join the same online flow.

1. Bring residency proofs and birth certificate

   In person at your child's school office or at the District Office (699 Plainfield Rd., Downers Grove). Originals required — these can't be emailed.

2. Fill out the new student enrollment form

   The office gives you the form when you submit your documents. Completing it generates your child's student ID.

3. Get your Family Access login

   The office sends your username and temporary password after enrollment is processed.

4. Complete Family Access registration

   Same online forms as returning families — demographics, contacts, permissions, health.

5. Pay registration fees

   Online inside Family Access, or in person at the District Office using the Registration Fee Form.
