Annual registration

Two paths, depending on your family.

Returning students register inside Family Access each summer. New students start with proof of residency at the District Office.

This page covers the Family Access side. Official registration dates, fees, and requirements live on the district registration page.

Returning students

Each summer, a registration tile appears on your Family Access home screen.

  1. Watch for the tile

Late spring through July. Your school will email when registration opens.

  2. Open Family Access and tap the tile

Works on phone, tablet, or computer.

  3. Complete the forms

Demographics, contact info, permissions, health forms.

  4. Pay fees online

Payment is part of the same flow. No office trip needed.

  5. You're done

The tile disappears once registration is complete.

New students

New families start with proof of residency. Once that's verified, your Family Access registration unlocks.

  1. Gather three proofs of residency

Examples: mortgage or lease, utility bill, driver's license. Full list on the district registration page.

  2. Submit them to the District Office

In person at 699 Plainfield Rd., Downers Grove, IL — or email PDFs/photos to residency@ccsd66.org.

  3. Receive a student ID number

After residency is verified, the office sends you the ID and your Family Access login.

  4. Complete Family Access registration

Same online forms as returning families.

  5. Submit registration fees

Pay online inside Family Access, or in person at the District Office.
