Common Skyward questions.

I forgot my password.

Email your school office — most resets happen the same day. If you're worried about waiting, email the tech team in parallel.

I never got a username.

That happens — email the school office. They'll send it tomorrow morning.

I have multiple kids — do I see them all?

Yes. One login, all your students. Use the student picker at the top to switch between children.

Can both parents have accounts?

Yes — each parent or guardian can have their own login. Email the school office to request access.

What if I get a new phone?

Just download the Skyward app again, log in once, and you're back. Nothing tied to your device.

When does registration open?

Each summer — late spring through July. See the Registration page for details.

Why don't I see field trips on the calendar?

The calendar currently shows classroom assignments and conferences. We're working on adding district events and field trips.

What about Google Classroom?

Coming next year. Same login, no new app — assignments and Classroom info will live inside Family Access. Rolling out across 2026–2027.

Is there a Spanish version of the app?

Skyward provides Spanish tutorial videos at skyward.com/parents-and-students/spanish. The app interface is being translated.

1:1 Devices

Chromebook and iPad questions.

My child's device is broken or won't turn on.

Contact your school office right away. Loaners are usually available the same day. For details on what to do, see the Devices page.

The screen is cracked.

Bring it to the school office. They'll log it and arrange a replacement or repair. Damage policies are in the parent handbook.

It won't charge.

First, try a different outlet and the school-issued charger only. If still no charge, the school office can swap the charger or device same day.

My child forgot the device at school.

Email the teacher. Most schools allow students to retrieve devices before or after the school day.

A website is blocked that shouldn't be.

Email tickets@ccsd66.incidentiq.com with the URL. Some sites are filtered for safety; we review unblock requests case by case.

Can my child use it on summer break?

Devices are typically collected at the end of the year and reissued in fall. Watch for school office communication about end-of-year procedures.
