I forgot my password.
Call or email your school office. Most resets happen the same day.
I never got a username.
Email the school office. They'll send it out the next business morning.
I have multiple kids โ do I see them all?
Yes. One login, all your students. Use the student picker at the top to switch.
Can both parents have accounts?
Yes โ each parent or guardian can have their own login. Email the school office to request access.
What if I get a new phone?
Download the Skyward app again, sign in once, and you're back. Nothing is tied to your old device.
When does registration open?
Each summer โ late spring through July. See the Registration page for details.
1:1 Devices
Chromebook and iPad questions.
My child's device is broken or won't turn on.
Contact your school office. Loaners are usually available the same day. For more, see the Devices page.
The screen is cracked.
Bring it to the school office. They'll log it and arrange a replacement or repair. Damage policies are in the parent handbook.
It won't charge.
Try a different outlet and the school-issued charger only. If still nothing, the school office can swap the charger or device same day.
My child forgot the device at school.
Email the teacher. Most schools allow students to retrieve devices before or after the school day.
A website is blocked that shouldn't be.
Email tickets@ccsd66.incidentiq.com with the URL. Some sites are filtered for safety; we review unblock requests case by case.
Can my child use it on summer break?
Devices are typically collected at the end of the year and reissued in fall. Watch for school office communication about end-of-year procedures.
